U 19 World Cup: India reached the final for the fourth time in a row

India defeated Australia by 96 runs in the semi-final played against India and Australia on 2 February to secure a place in the U-19 World Cup final for the fourth time in a row.

Yash Dhul and Sheikh Rashid played a stormy innings

U 19 India captain Yash Dhull scored 110 runs in 110 balls, which included 1 six and 10 fours. Sheikh Rashid also played an excellent innings in which he scored 94 runs in 108 balls with 8 fours and 1 six.

Let us tell you that with India winning this match, for the fourth time in a row, the U-19 has reached the final of the World Cup. India had lost against Bangladesh in the U 19 World Cup 2020. India is the most successful team in the U 19 World Cup.

India defeated Australia and secured a place in the final for the 8th time. Out of which India has won the U 19 World Cup 4 times.

India has won the U 19 World Cup in the years 2000, 2008, 2012, 2018.

All the players have contributed well in taking India to the final. The main credit for this victory goes to India’s captain Yash Dhul and Sheikh Rashid as they shared a partnership of 204 runs.

India had lost 2 wickets in 37 runs, then the captain and Rashid took the Indian team to 290 runs.
